Jain University signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the prestigious National Institute for Animal Nutrition and Physiology (NIANP), a Bangalore based Central government research institution under the Indian Council for Agricultural Research (ICAR) on 30 July 2012. The MOU entails research collaboration between the two institutions and registration for a doctoral programme of scholars working in NIANP under Jain University. On behalf of NIANP the MOU was signed by its Director, Dr. C.S.Prasad and on behalf of Jain University by its Registrar Prof. N.V.H.Krishnan. Senior Scientists from NIANP and the Pro Vice Chancellor of Jain University, Dr. Sandeep Shastri were also present on the occasion.
