Step 1
Find a programme of study
Choose your programme from BA, BCom, BSc, BCA, BID, BBM, BTech, BMS, MA, MTech, MCA, MCom, MBA, MS (Mass Commn), MSc, MS (IT), MS Engg, Dual Degree Programmes, MPhil or PhD
Step 2
Application
Collect the JAIN UNIVERSITY Application form in person by paying US$ 50 (NRI / PIO / Foreign Nationals) at the JAIN UNIVERSITY Admissions Office.
OR
Download the application form from the JAIN UNIVERSITY and send the duly filled form along with a demand draft of US$ 50 (NRI / PIO / Foreign Nationals) in favour of JAIN UNIVERSITY payable at Bangalore.
The demand draft should be sent to:

Note: Application fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Step 3
Mark sheets
Duly filled application forms along with the attested mark sheet should be submitted to JAIN UNIVERSITY Admissions Office at the address mentioned above. Superscribe on the envelope, Application for Admissions (domestic / Indian Students or NRI / PIO / Foreign Nationals) and indicate the programme and course applied for. Applicants are advised NOT to send original testimonials / certificates along with the application.
Step 4
Scrutiny of Applications
On receipt of application forms, they will be scrutinized and if the candidate is found eligible for the programme opted, the student will be asked to remit the fees and complete the admission process.
For NRI / PIO / Foreign Nationals, a provisional admission letter will be issued. International students can use the same letter to apply for Student Visa / Research Visa at the Indian High Commissions / Consulates in their respective countries.
Step 5
Admission Formalities
On confirmation of admission, the applicant MUST submit the following documents / testimonials in ORIGINALS within the stipulated date to JAIN UNIVERSITY.

Qualifying Examination Marks sheets / Marks cards
Transfer Certificate
Migration Certificate (Other that PU Board)
Passport Size Photographs
- International Students
- Qualifying Examinations Marks Sheets / Marks cards
- Transfer Certificate / School / College Leaving Certificate
- Migration Certificate / School or College Completion Certificate
- Passport
- Students Visa / Research Visa
- Ten (10) Passport Size Photographs
