Achievements

Student Awards

Projects were carried out by the students with the guidance of CET and its members and the following awards were won

•	Best Student project 2009: Indian National Academy of Engineers (INAE). First Place. Cash prize of Rs 50,000=00 and certificate for Design of secondary payload for a microsatellite, 17 Dec 2009
•	Most Innovative project 2009: Innovate India: National Research Development Corporation (NRDC) – DSIR
•	First Place: Cash Prize of Rs 75,000=00 and certificate for development of a mini air vehicle, Nov 20, 2009
•	First and Third Place award at SAE 2010 California, USA – Micro Class Air Vehicle, March 2010— Cash Prize – Rs 25000=00. Only Indian Team to have won till date  in the history of SAE Aero Design

•	Steering committee membership of TUV Rheinland
•	2009 Most Innovative Enterprise of the Year Award
•	2010 Platinum Jubilee Award, Indian Institution of Engineers
•	Scientific Advisor to Controller General of Patents and Trade Marks (India)
