Eligibility

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

  1. Completion of 10+2 or NIOS board with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in Arts, Science, Commerce, or any other relevant stream, with English as a compulsory subject.

  2. (OR)
  3. Successful completion of a 3-year Diploma with at least 50% aggregate marks, with English as a mandatory subject.
  4. Additionally, candidates must have secured a rank in UCEED conducted by IDC of IIT-Bombay.
  5. Hold a valid score in the JET Exam conducted by JAIN (Deemed-to-be University), one of the leading B Des Product Design colleges in Bangalore.

Selection Procedure

Applicants are required to clear the JET Exam, which comprises:

  1. Portfolio Review
  2. Personal Interview

Note : Candidates who have achieved a valid rank in UCEED for the B.Des programme can directly attend the Portfolio Review and Personal Interview conducted by the School of Design, Media, and Creative Arts. Those without a UCEED rank must appear for the JET Exam, followed by the Portfolio Review and Personal Interview, to qualify for the programme.
