About the seminar
To help students to evolve high-level concepts and dive into the granular aspects of 3D design, Department of Animation, Jain (Deemed-to-be University) in association with Vancouver Film School, Canada organizing a two day workshop on “3D Art and Animation”.
The two-day workshop will cover the basics of using Autodesk Maya. Students will work with the modeling tools to work on a character model. The speakers will explore the interface and let students to know about how to orient themselves in 3D space and interact with 3D models. The seminar will conclude with a session on animation, exploring animations tools and concepts.
A lecture series with two guest speakers – Mr. Mike Monks & Mr. Mike Hayes from Vancouver Film School, helps Jain (Deemed-to-be University) students to gain experience with traditional arts, computer animation, and cinematic storytelling skills in a professional, studio environment.
