Connecting Workforce Data and Organizational Outcomes

The focus of workforce data and HR analytics has typically been in reporting on HR performance and traditional employee metrics. While useful in itself this doesn’t typically connect with HR as a strategic partner nor promote the use of evidence and insight to shape and drive organizational strategy.

Organizations across the country are creating an approach to better utilise the vast data workforce resources to address this, place a spotlight on significant sector wide workforce issues such as diversity, mobility and leadership capability and to enable high quality workforce planning.

This panel discussion will cover
