Great ideas are generated with great interactions and with great interactions comes great knowledge. A lot of interactions, ideas and knowledge is what the basic elements for a research are. On the same lines, Jain (Deemed-to-be University) is organizing its Annual Research Retreat on 21-22 May 2016. The retreat provides a platform for the doctoral students to showcase the progress in their research work and is a forum for exchange of ideas among researchers at Jain (Deemed-to-be University). This time around the retreat will have 3 special plenary lectures to be delivered by eminent researchers. 4 faculty plenary sessions where domain specialists will be interacting with researchers, 23 subject concurrent sessions where doctoral students will present work in progress and 16 concurrent workshops on diverse themes. The retreat will be inaugurated by Dr. Chenraj Roychand, President, Jain (Deemed-to-be University) and the valedictory address will be delivered by Ms. Kiran Mazumdar Shaw, Chairperson and MD, Biocon.
