HR Roundtable and Felicitation of Women Achievers

About the Event

Jain (Deemed-to-be University) in association with GWFM Network Forum launching its first Women Achiever’s Felicitation Ceremony & HR Roundtable under the title ‘LEADERSHIP REDEFINED’.

March 8 is celebrated as International Women's Day to mark women's achievements—socially, economically, culturally, and politically. As a part of this celebration, Jain (Deemed-to-be University) and WFM Network Forum desiring to show their solidarity with the 2017 theme, #BeBoldForChange by launching their first Women Achiever’s Felicitation Ceremony on 22 April 2017.

The panel of experts will throw a light on women achievements and achieve gender equality by redefining the leadership.

The panel discussion will cover the following topics:

  • Integration of the values and norms of gender equality in the school curriculum
  • The role of men in achieving gender equality
  • Identifying why organizations shy away from engaging men and ways in which we can make this approach more popular

The panel would also address the fact that the issue of gender inequality is not restricted to the low-income groups but it is rampant across all sections of society.

The objective of the event also focuses on the responsibility of business leaders and their commitment towards change if they work together which will enable to scale up to the greater heights.

The invitees to this event include Champions of diversity and inclusion, Executives, HR leaders and Individuals who are looking to catalyze change for women around the world.
