Introduction to Cricket Journalism
Online media and Journalism have always been one of the best path ways to reach out to the world in mass. Considering sports particularly, the media gets a lot of attention and heed from the public, for, it reaches all age groups. The Career Advisory & Placement Service team in association with the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Jain (Deemed-to-be University) is organizing session on, "Introduction to Cricket Journalism" for the B.A. Journalism students. Mr. Sidhanta Patnaik, senior Staff writer, Wisden India is the chief guest for the event and will be addressing the Jain (Deemed-to-be University) students. The main focus is to educate the students regarding the ongoing practices in the functional areas. To inform the trends of the industry in near future. To inter-relate the theories learned and practices followed in the industry with specific relevance to the job market. To give tips to the students as to how to apply the learned theories.
