Previously considered as a support function, HR management is now becoming a strategic partner in helping a global company to achieve its goals. Companies that aspire to maintain a competitive edge, both now & in the future require well equipped human resource to face the ever increasing pace of technological changes & techniques. To address these issues, School of Commerce Studies, Jain (Deemed-to-be University) is organizing a national conference on ‘Changing Role of HRM – The Strategic Opportunities and Challenges’ where a platform will be provided to the HR Practitioners, Business Leaders, Researchers, Academicians, and Students to interact and share their experiences about the emerging role of human resource management.
