Department of Physics and Electronics, Center for Post Graduate Studies, Jain (Deemed-to-be University), is conducting the workshop in association with Prolyx Microelectronics Pvt. Ltd. Acoustic microscopy is an imaging technique that is gaining ground in the field of physics with applications like subsurface defect capturing, process development, process qualification, and failure & reliability analysis. The objective of the workshop is to impart the fundamentals of this technique to participants.
