Short Course on 'Environmental Testing on Avionics' to be Held
About the Event
Jain (Deemed-to-be University)'s International Institute for Aerospace Engineering and Management (IIAEM) in association with Society of Indian Aerospace Technologies and Industries (SIATI) is going to organize a 3-day short course on 'Environmental Testing on Avionics' for students and faculty members of Aerospace Engineering.
Airborne equipment / Systems / LRUs have to undergo stringent quality testing before they are accepted for their intended applications on any aircraft. The quality testing of the LRUs includes variety of testing such as mechanical, climatic and electromagnetic environmental testing which require a large amount of equipment and complex procedures. The environmental testing is carried out by artificially simulating service environment of the components in order to examine its fitness for the intended applications. The 3-days short course would deal in detail all the facets of environmental testing on avionics by experts in these fields from different pioneered institutions of the country.
Lectures will be delivered by the experts in the field of Environmental Testing on Avionics and experienced professionals from Aerospace / Aircraft industries, Research and Development Laboratories, Regulatory Agencies etc.
The course will highly benefit to Scientists and Engineers associated with the design, development, manufacturing, and testing of the Aircraft / Helicopter / Aero-engines /Components / Structure.
