Short Course on "Verification And Validation Of Aircraft Structures And Systems"

Jain (Deemed-to-be-University)’s International Institute of Aerospace Engineering and Management (IIAEM) in collaboration with Society of Indian Aerospace Technologies & Industries (SIATI) is organizing a 3 days’ short course on “Verification and Validation of Aircraft Structures and Systems” on 31 January to 2 February 2019.

Verification and validation is a part and parcel of the history of aircraft design and development. Advanced technologies and complex interdependencies between various systems in the modern aircraft have further made it imperative that, the verification and validation should be treated as a mandatory process to ensure aircraft safety, integrity and performance throughout the service life of aircraft.

The objective of the short course is to provide exposure to all the processes and procedures involved in the verification and validation of structures and systems of the civil as well as the military aircraft.

Speakers of the session are

  • Dr. A.R. Upadhya, Former Director, NAL
  • Shri. Kanchan Biswas, Former Associate Director, CEMILAC
  • Shri. J.V.Kamesh, Outstanding Scientist, ADA
  • Shri. H.R. Sudarsan Prasad, Ex-GM & HoD Avionics ARDC, HAL
