Mr. Som Deo Singh, Branch Manager, Dhanlaxmi Bank Ltd. was the guest speaker. He talked about how technology is the driving force in every industry. Banking is no behind in embracing technology and is into a mode of digital transformation. Banks have changed in their operations and moved towards universal banking along with the increased usage of technology and technology-based services.
