Mr. Syed Sultan Ahmed, Managing Director, LXL Ideas addressed the students of Jain (Deemed-to-be University) on the topic "Believe to be an Entrepreneur". Mr. Syed pointed out a lot of things to be kept in mind when it comes to entrepreneurship. It made a huge impact on the students when he stated the important characteristics like having guts, smart brains and enough capital to be a successful Entrepreneur. He spoke on few topics like Converting ideas into practice with a strategy by using skills opportunities and creativity, and, entrepreneurial learning is the process using persons, experiences in order to give confidence and develop skills.
Later in the session Mr. Syed talked about the developing competences like attitudes, knowledge and skills which are very much necessary in turning ideas into practice. The most important thing that he mentioned was to learn the negative and positive sides of entrepreneurship such as taking responsibility, overcoming setbacks, learning about financial methods, and having a proper mindset.
Lastly, before the session ended, Mr. Syed Sultan Ahmed had an interaction with the students on the importance of Networking for Entrepreneur and Self-empowerment.
