Jain (Deemed-to-be University)’s School of Sciences, Vasudha – Women Cell organised a training session on self-defence – Paritraana by Rock Solid Team at JC road campus on 29 and 31 August 2018.
The students of I and III semester from School of Humanities and Social Sciences and School of Interior design participated in the session. The session was successfully conducted by Rock Solid team – JGI incubated venture who empowered the students physically and mentally through Marshal Arts. They also enlightened with basic self defence technique which was very motivating to take up for their future endeavours .The first day of the session compromised basic warm up exercises which included module 1 and 2. The second day included main modules 3 and 4 where the important techniques of self-defence was practiced.
