With the objective of providing awareness on pursuing right careers to students, Jain (Deemed-to-be University) in association with Firstnaukri and GWFM Network forum organized the biggest education and job fair 'Connect to Careers' on 8 April 2018.
The job fair was beneficial to students to connect with their prospective employers. The event witnessed participation of 61 reputed companies including Infosys, Capgemini, Safran, Eureka Forbes, Pidilite, Reliance Jio, Bisleri, Kurlon, Bajaj Alliance and Omega Healthcare for the purpose of hiring the candidates for various profiles.
As part of the selection process students underwent written test and personal interviews and about 232 students were selected on the spot, 621 students were shortlisted for final rounds.
Parents and students were very happy and thanked Jain (Deemed-to-be University) for organizing such an event for the benefit of young graduates.
Overall the event was successful yielding good results with cooperation of host institution, corporate, students and organizers.
