CMS Business School organizes workshop on "Building and Managing Distribution Channels"
A Management Development program on “Building and Managing Distribution Channels” was organized by CMS Business School, Jain (Deemed-to-be University) on 23 January 2016.
The workshop pedagogy included role plays, assignments, as well as intensive discussions with the aim of delivering experiential learning to all the participants. Enthusiastic participants were taken through the nuances of the subject by Prof. Krishna Koppa, an ex-industry veteran.
The session covered a diverse range of topics including how to build, maintain, and enhance relationships across traditional and modern channels, types of sales pitches across channels, conflict and conflict resolution management, as well as human skills essential in managing channels.
