Delegates from University of Surrey will Visit Jain (Deemed-to-be University) on 10 November 2017

Jain (Deemed-to-be University) is pleased to inform that the University of Surrey has shown interest to collaborate with Jain (Deemed-to-be University). Delegates including Professor Graham Miller, Executive Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences, Professor Marco Mongiello, Associate Dean (International), Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences and Executive Director of Postgraduate Taught Programmes, Surrey Business School, Professor Caroline Scarles, Head of School of Hospitality and Tourism Management and Professor Steve Wood, Professor of Retail Marketing and Management, Director of Research, Surrey Business School will be visiting Jain (Deemed-to-be University) on 10 November 2017.

The intent of the collaboration is to develop a long-lasting and mutually-beneficial partnership between both the parties.

Following are the core objectives of the partnership.

  • Research collaboration – including short-term staff exchange
  • Teaching and learning – provide opportunities for students at both partners (e.g. guest lectures)
  • Student mobility – opportunities for students to visit the partner institution
  • Scholarships – where appropriate opportunities for Surrey to offer scholarships for staff or students to visit/ study at Surrey
