Jain (Deemed-to-be University)'s School of Engineering and Technology had organized guest lecture on Relational Database Management System by Nithin N, Corporate Trainer and Content Developer, Wipro Solutions Pvt. Ltd. on 23 April 2018.
Mr. Nithin N is an expert in online training and content development. He has delivered over 140 corporate programs in IBM, Accenture, Deloitte, Wipro etc., across India.
The main objective of the session was to learn about the industry concepts related to the subject relational database management system.

The speaker discussed briefly about benefits of the database approach using the college database system. The file in the traditional file system has various draw backs such as inessential data, inconsistency in records, difficulty to access, sharing is impossible, securing and integrity of the data becomes tedious. The speaker briefed on how to overcome the traditional file processing problems with the help of data base approach.
