The School of Commerce, Jain (Deemed-to-be University) has organised an Inauguration and Orientation Program for B.Com and B. Com. (Honours), I-semester students on 7 June 2019. The chief guests for the program was Dr. Chenraj Roychand, President, Jain (Deemed-to-be University) Trust. He addressed the gathering and enlightened the students about how effective utilization of their six hours in a day can make them an outstanding professionals and contribute to the development of the society. Later the session was addressed by Dr. N. Sundararajan, Vice Chancellor, Jain (Deemed-to-be University) and highlighted the key contributions of Jain (Deemed-to-be University) to the society. He motivated the students by stressing on the importance of academics and how they can excel in the same by hard work and dedication. The program then continued, with alumni members talking and sharing their views and experiences by taking the audience through their journey at Jain (Deemed-to-be University) and how it has transformed their life positively. The program was concluded with a cultural program performed by the college cultural team.
