Jain (Deemed-to-be University) welcomes Mr. P. V. Kumar, Former Chairman of National Technical Research Organization

Jain (Deemed-to-be University) was honoured to welcome Mr. P. V. Kumar, Former Chairman of National Technical Research Organisation (NTRO) for a discussion with its Principal Officers on the need to start a Cyberspace Awareness Program. The discussion held on 10 March 2016, focused on how such a course could be introduced as a General Elective in the undergraduate program under the new CBCS system. Among those who participated in the discussion from Jain (Deemed-to-be University) were Dr. N. Sundararajan, Vice Chancellor, Dr. Sandeep Shastri, Pro Vice Chancellor, Prof. N. V. H. Krishnan, Registrar, Dr. Jayagopal Uchil, Director Academics and Planning, Dr. K Venkatesh, Dean of Research, and Dr. Suchitra and Dr. Preethi, Faculty of the Department of Computer Science.
