Opportunities are more often a matter of finances and less often a matter of reaching potentials. All one needs in the name of opportunity is an expression of encouragement, and aspiring students were given that kind of expression by Jain (Deemed-to-be University). Jain (Deemed-to-be University) presented the academic scholarships to deserving students of the School of Commerce Studies. It was a proud moment for the 212 recipients of the scholarships and many were happy and generous enough to share their joy and gratitude through their words.
Nirmala (B.Com – Regular)
“I am very happy and encouraged to get this scholarship. I am a Jainite since two years. I feel very proud for securing this opportunity. It feels very good to have this on my profile. When I go out, having secured a scholarship from Jain (Deemed-to-be University) really makes a difference. I would encourage all the students to go further and do their best to secure more than 85%. And I strongly prefer students to join Jain (Deemed-to-be University) as they will get a lot of choices, options and opportunities to choose from.”
Rakshita (B.Com – Professional)
“I am very happy to receive this scholarship, as it’s nice to know that academic achievement among PU students is recognized by Jain (Deemed-to-be University). It’s a good opportunity to be a part of Jain (Deemed-to-be University) and I participate in many activities conducted by the University. This honor motivates me to do better in my future studies. I am preparing for my CA (Chartered Accountancy) course along with my B.Com program. Jain (Deemed-to-be University) is helping me give equal attention to both and is very encouraging. I would like to tell the aspiring students to choose Jain (Deemed-to-be University) for their studies, as it is a good institution in Bangalore. You can learn many things and discover your talents.”
Mayank (B.Com – Honors)
“I feel very good on receiving a scholarship from Jain (Deemed-to-be University). This is the first time I have been awarded a scholarship and I thank my parents for choosing Jain (Deemed-to-be University) for my studies. This definitely influences my further studies a lot, and I would definitely try to secure a scholarship again next year. I suggest my juniors to put all their efforts in their PU exams and to also try for a scholarship at Jain (Deemed-to-be University).”
These were just three of the many bubbly aspirants that were just too excited to be getting a scholarship. For some, it was the first time to have secured a scholarship, which definitely makes it a fine expression of encouragement.
