IGNITRON - 2K17, a one - day science fest was organized by School of Sciences, Jain (Deemed-to-be University) on 5 December 2017 for the Higher Secondary Education and Pre-University students.
The aim of the fest was to ignite scientific temper in the young minds which provided an exposure to students on the various courses and its applications at the undergraduate level.
The science fest consisted of two events namely messARRANGia and Think like SHERLOCK. messARRANGia was a team event which consisted of multiple rounds which included events such as Crossword, Visual Puzzles, Analytical and Co-relating rounds. The second event Think like SHERLOCK also included multiple rounds wherein participants had to analyze the given clues and study a crime scene. The participants enjoyed playing the role of Sherlock.
