With a view to encourage, popularize and inculcate scientific temper among the students, Department of Life Sciences, School of Graduate Studies (SGS), Jain (Deemed-to-be University) in association with Azyme Biosciences organized a two-day inter-collegiate workshop ‘CODON’ with hands-on training experiments on Molecular Techniques on 7 and 8 March 2017.

This workshop did not only help the students to be acquainted with the technological advancements in the industry but also expose them to various opportunities available in the Biotechnology sector. A manual containing details of the topics covered during the workshop was given to the participants for further reference. The workshop was attended by 30 participants from various other colleges and host college.
