Prof. Surendra Bissoondoyal, the Chairman of Tertiary Education Commission, Mauritius, and Prof. Rajgopal, Academic consultant of National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), visited Jain (Deemed-to-be University) on 1 March 2016, to interact on the working of the quality cell at Jain (Deemed-to-be University). Dr. N Sundararajan, the Vice Chancellor, gave a brief overview of Jain (Deemed-to-be University) to the delegation. This was followed by a presentation on the quality initiatives introduced by the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Jain (Deemed-to-be University). There was a brief interactive session where both the parties assessed the functioning of the respective quality cells. The deans, directors and IQAC coordinators were present during these deliberations. Dr. Jayagopal Uchil, Director (Academics and Planning) proposed the vote of thanks.
