The PG Department of English, Jain (Deemed-to-be University) organized an interactive session on Scope of English Studies in the U.S. The speaker who addressed the English Literature students was, Mrs. Vanessa Anderson - faculty IELTS at Christian Heritage School in Trumbull, Connecticut, U.S.A.
It was an inspirational session which focused on the job opportunities and fields open to English literature/ language students. She stated that with the change in industry dynamics and fiscal growth, students today have better opportunities as the focus is on public speaking, branding and creativity. Internet has opened many career paths in USA. We thank Mrs.Vanessa Anderson for visiting School of Graduate Studies and interacting with our students.
