The Corporate Finance with Certified Public Accountant (US CPA) + (Enrolled Agent) (US EA) is the first of its kind ever launched in India by JAIN (Deemed-to-be University). The course allows the students to build their existing degrees for an expedited pathway to an accounting career. The course prepares the students to gain entry to CPA professional education programme.

The B.Com programme's fourth year is designated as B.Com (Hons). This specialised programme offers in-depth knowledge and skills in the chosen area, boosting professional competence. Its objective is to develop students' conceptual and practical understanding to effectively manage businesses and organisations, preparing them for future challenges.

The programme emphasises research and analytical skills and explores technology and digitisation within the field. It fosters an entrepreneurial mindset and cultivates relevant skills. Students gain insights into systems, policies, and strategies required in a globally-oriented environment, including financial systems and regulatory concerns. They also receive exposure to different functional domains of commerce. By providing a comprehensive and focused education, the B.Com (Hons) equips students to make informed decisions and succeed in a rapidly changing professional landscape.

  • Get trained on the fundamentals

    In the first year, the students will gain a strong foundation in accounting, finance and business set-up. The students will develop the competencies required for the current industry standards. The students will be able to define and integrate theoretical principles applicable to accounting and a range of practices under accountancy.

  • Delve into the Experiential Learning

    In the second year, the students will gain hands-on experience as they learn to apply the theory to the processes of business decision-making and problem-solving. The students will be learning through case-study analysis, computer simulations, and field-based projects for a practical understanding of the accounting concepts.

  • Get trained on career centric concepts

    In the final year, the students will be trained to demonstrate fundamental accounting principles and procedures in real-world scenarios. The students are equipped with wisdom regarding the ethical aspects of corporate public accounting. The students will be trained on employability skills that are relevant to current industry requirements.

  • Further Study Guidelines

    The students of B.Com (Hons) Corporate Finance with Certified Public Accounting students can join to CA course offered by ICAI, Company Secretory Course offered by ICSI. The students interested in higher studies can join to different post-graduate courses of M.Com, MBA or PGDM in the related areas.
