Eligibility

The minimum qualification required to apply is a pass in Higher Secondary (10+2) in any stream (Science, Arts, Commerce, Humanities, etc.) from any recognized board of education such as CBSE, IB, ICSE, CISCE, NIOS, AISSCE, ISC or their equivalent. Candidates who are appearing in the qualifying examination for academic year 2019-20 are also encouraged to apply.

Fashion Design is one of the most enthralling and inspiring careers in the modern world. B.A. (Honors) in Fashion Design is affiliated to Jain (Deemed-to-be University). The Program features internships, association with industry professionals and well-planned projects with real-time challenges. In the ever-evolving contemporary world, students require improvised sustainable practices and customer-centric original outputs from progressing market trends. The Program unleashes the inner entrepreneur of an individual giving an enormous opportunity for Self-employment. The course has six semesters where the student gets introduced to realistic Industry Oriented training programs along with the concepts of research, design, creativity, innovation, and marketing, helping the student develop their own collection. BA (Honors) in Fashion Design provides an intensive design scheme that aims to produce dynamic professionals equipped with profound creative and technical skills in fashion designing. The latitude is not just restricted to garments; but it has several other creative and innovative aspects like Textile, Accessories, Marketing and Merchandising, Jewellery, Photography, Research, Entrepreneurship, Communication, Visual Merchandising and much more. The fashion field unleashes the inner entrepreneur of an individual giving an enormous opportunity for Self-employment.
