Why take this course?

The two year Master’s Program in Public Policy and Governance (PPG) aims at developing a better understanding of issues and processes relating to public policy making, governance and administration in India.  It offers an opportunity to understand, analyze, research, dialogue and conceptualize on the processes of public governance within the framework of democracy.

It aims at developing a better understanding of issues and processes relating to public policy making, governance and administration in India. The course content has a judicious mix of theory and field study. The students of the course shall be exposed to actual institutional processes through internship program. It would enable them to develop a real world understanding.

Eligibility

The minimum qualification required is BA degree with at least one of the following subjects History, Political Science, Public Administration, Economics or Sociology with minimum aggregate of 50%. Any other conditions prescribed by the University and after passing an Entrance Test.
