Bhagyashree’s research focuses on the development and synthesis of efficient catalysts for water-splitting reactions, with emphasis on enhancing the hydrogen evolution and oxygen evolution processes. Her work aims to design active, stable, and cost-effective materials by integrating chemical synthesis, electrochemical evaluation, and spectroscopic characterization. She is also interested in understanding the underlying catalytic mechanisms to support the advancement of sustainable hydrogen production.
Bhagyashree joined the Centre for Research in Functional Materials (CRFM), Jain University, as a Project Assistant. She has completed her M.Sc. in Analytical Chemistry at REVA University, Bengaluru and B.Sc. Chemistry Honours at M.S. Ramaiah University of Applied Science Bangalore, India.
