The JAIN (Deemed-to-be University) Kochi’s Bachelor of Commerce in International Finance and Accounting, integrated with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA - UK) program, aims to strengthen the global accounting profession by applying consistent standards. This interdisciplinary course merges international finance concepts with accounting, facilitating students in expediting their ACCA qualification from ACCA, UK. Aligned with industry demands, the program, recognised by ACCA-UK, prioritises the needs of small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) and emerging economies while advocating for sustainable business practices. Divided into Fundamentals and Professional levels, the curriculum introduces financial and management accounting techniques at the fundamentals stage, progressing to advanced skills and techniques at the professional level. Emphasising independent learning in international finance, the course covers topics like alternative finance, social environmental accounting, and international taxation.
