Jain University encourages research in Pure and Applied Sciences in contemporary areas of interest, research studies linked to research problems in industry, inter-disciplinary research and research in emerging areas. The research is undertaken by full time faculty attached to various Departments and Centers of the University, as well as research scholars enrolled with the University. The extensive facilities created in the University are put to maximum use. Where needed, scholars permitted to use exclusive facilities available with Institutions like the Indian Institute of Science, Indian Institute of Management, National Aeronautical Laboratory, Institute of Astrophysics etc. Scholars are challenged to take up research in innovative areas, which impact human life and also to contribute to existing body of knowledge. A number of projects are funded by Government and Private sector entities.
