Eligibility

The minimum qualification required to apply is a pass in the 10+2 examination in Science or Commerce from PUC / ISC / CBSE or an equivalent board. A course recognised as equivalent thereto by the University.

Overview

To provide students with a comprehensive understanding of business and finance, the Bachelor of Commerce Honours degree programme with the ACCA programme brings together core business principles with a globally recognised ACCA qualification. This combination equips students with the skills and accreditation needed for successful careers in accounting and related fields on a global scale. Through a balanced blend of academic qualifications and ACCA accreditation, this programme aims to promote Critical Thinking, Problem Solving as well and Financial Management. Exemptions shall be given to students for the first 9 out of 13 ACCA papers and, to acquire a career qualification, they are required to finish all four outside examination papers.

In its fourth year, the B. Com Honours course offers specialised knowledge and skills in a given field to enhance professional competencies. The programme is focused on research, analytics and technologies in the field to build theory and practical understanding. It promotes a business mindset, nurtures practical skills and gives students an edge in the dynamic job market.
