Jainology and Comparative Religion and Philosophy

Overview

Jainism is one of humanity's oldest philosophies, a venerable system of beliefs that seamlessly aligns with contemporary scientific understanding. Rooted in the comprehensive philosophy of life, it espouses four foundational principles: Ahiс╣Бс╣г─Б in conduct, Anek─Бntav─Бda in thoughts, Syadv─Бda in speech, and Aparigraha in societal interactions. These pillars form the bedrock upon which the edifice of Jainism rests. Across epochs, Jain principles and practices have retained their relevance, offering timeless wisdom for navigating life's complexities. This endeavor seeks to illuminate the rich tapestry of Jain tradition, history, and archaeology, while also highlighting the universal principles of Jainism and their enduring significance in the modern era.
