The center is supported by a team of psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, child psychologists, counseling psychologists, and expressive arts therapists. As part of its initiative, Inspiron will offer students specialized programs, which will be conducted during their third semester. Enhance your professional growth with our comprehensive soft-skill development programs.

Our offerings include hands-on practice sessions for Basic Counselling Skills, field assessments, and expertise in Expressive Modalities. Additionally, gain valuable training in Crisis Intervention techniques and Life Skills, ensuring you're equipped to navigate real-world challenges with confidence and empathy. Our training program includes 15-18 hours of in-depth, on-campus sessions, focusing on essential psychological skills with practical, hands-on experience. Students will be placed at various locations like KIDWAI Hospital, DMH centers, corporate organizations, schools, and senior living facilities in Bangalore, ensuring comprehensive exposure across diverse fields.

A combination of role-playing exercises focused on rapport-building with potential clients, ethical and professional standards, nonverbal communication skills, as well as reflection and listening skills, will be conducted under supervised practice sessions with clients. This will be followed by an external evaluation and report submission for BSc students in the third semester. This program will greatly benefit our students by equipping them with practical skills and experience, boosting their competence and confidence as they transition into professional environments.
