Eligibility

A student who has passed Level 4 / Class 12 schooling (either through formal  schooling or through the open school system) or its equivalent shall be eligible for admission to B.Sc. programmes.

However, students who have not studied requisite courses from Science discipline related to the respective programmes will have to undertake the prescribed bridge 
course(s).

What is the difference between Honours and Honours with Research?


Honours includes a project; Honours with Research includes a 12-credit dissertation in Semester 7 & 8.

Yes. Students completing Honours with Research and securing ≥75% are eligible for PhD admission in many Indian institutions through selection criteria.

What if I don’t want to do the research dissertation?


Then you can graduate with B.Sc (Honours) instead of B.Sc. (Honours with Research).
