Eligibility

The minimum qualification to apply is 10 + 2 pass or equivalent examination (any stream). Basic computer knowledge is must.

Overview

A game is a series of interesting choices. Game designers are the most creative force behind every video game. The gaming industry is growing rapidly at a pace of 50% every year which makes a good career for all the students. B.Voc in Game Designing is affiliated to Jain (Deemed-to be University) and is a three-year graduate program. The course focuses on the art and design of computer games and animation where students will concentrate on computer science, including writing computer programs in the core languages such as C and C++, with a solid grounding in fundamentals of art. This program exposes students to a variety of tools and processes used by professional designers, including proprietary scripting languages, level and map editors, databases, and design documents. The well-structured syllabus offers a strong foundation in digital game design through the study of subjects such as storytelling, storyboarding, game development, 3D modeling and animation, game programming, and game prototyping.
