The Human Networking Academy (HNA) was founded with the purpose of amplifying the potential of individuals and organisations through professional training, research, and consultancy. The academy serves as a catalyst for collaboration, bringing people together to work towards shared goals that foster productivity, teamwork, and personal growth. Rooted in the belief that values form the foundation of holistic development, HNA strives to cultivate positive transformation among learners through a strong infusion of human values and life skills. To strengthen the emotional intelligence and cognitive resilience of students, the academy has introduced a compulsory Value Enhancing Course titled Mind Management and Human Values for all undergraduate students of JAIN (Deemed-to-be University). This course focuses on equipping learners with essential knowledge and mental frameworks to lead balanced, purposeful lives. HNA also pioneers three signature initiatives, Vishva Chaitanya, Vishva Chaarana, and Vishva Spandana that embody the academy’s mission to nurture self-awareness, societal responsibility, and collective harmony.

Through its flagship initiative, Technology Enhanced Learning (TEL), the center integrates the power of digital tools and the internet to create an innovative, learner-centric approach to education. CVLI’s mission is to transform the learning experience by making it interactive, accessible, and adaptive to the needs of modern learners, enabling them to thrive in an increasingly connected world.
