How to Apply

To apply for the JAIN Entrance Test (JET) for undergraduate programmes, you must have passed the 10+2 examination in Science, Commerce, or Arts from PUC, ISC, CBSE, or an equivalent board, or completed a course recognised as equivalent by the University.

Our JAIN Entrance Test includes three stages :

  • Written Test
  • Group Discussion
  • Personal Interview

A non-refundable application fee for the preferred programme should be paid through Online Payment gateway Mode with the valid Credit Card / Debit Card or Net Banking facility.

JET Guidelines

We encourage applicants to make necessary arrangements to attend the JAIN Entrance Test on scheduled dates as any requests to change in schedule will not be entertained.

Documents Required for JET:
  • JAIN Entrance Test Hall Ticket (mandatory)
  • Printed and signed JET Application Form (by applicant/parent)
  • 10th Marks Sheet
  • 12th Marks Sheet
  • Two recent passport size and two stamp size photographs in formal attire (write applicant's name and application number on the back)

Please note : Admission is provisional and subject to University regulations. If selected, failure to submit the required documents to the respective study campus within the given timeline will result in disqualification.

After qualifying, the following original documents must be submitted:

  • 10th Marks Sheet
  • 12th Marks Sheet
  • Transfer Certificate from the last institution attended (mandatory)
  • Migration Certificate (mandatory)
  • Copy of Adhaar Card
  • Copy of Passport and Visa (if applicable, for international applicants)
  • Five recent passport size and five stamp size photographs in formal attire

Attendance from day one of the programme commencement is mandatory.

Admission Cancellation Procedure

Cancellation will be based on UGC regulation F. No 6-1(7)/2006(CPP-I) which states "Should a student leave after joining the course and if the seat consequently falling vacant has been filled by another candidate by the last date of admissions, the Institution must return the fee collected with proportionate deductions on monthly fee and proportionate hostel rent, wherever applicable?.

The application for cancellation should be submitted by the candidate in-person by presenting the

  • 1. Original fee paid receipt, document submission receipt and any other documents that had been received from the University.
  • 2. No email, telephonic or courier / postal communication will be accepted for cancellation / refund process.
  • 3. No candidate will be entitled for a refund on or after the date of commencement of classes.
