Working at JAIN (Deemed-to-be University) has been a journey of growth, inspiration, and purpose. Over the past 17 years, my academic journey at JAIN has been a truly enriching and transformative experience. I began my career at Bhagwan Mahaveer JAIN College in 2008 as a Lecturer in Biotechnology. Later that year, in December 2008, the institution was declared a Deemed-to-be University, commencing its academic programmes in 2009. I consider myself fortunate to have been at the right place at the right time, growing in tandem with the University’s evolution. I have diligently pursued excellence in my roles as Teacher, Researcher, PhD Supervisor, and IQAC Coordinator.
